With the disclosure in the reference, It was announced that our application for the issuance limit made to the Capital Markets Board was approved. Pursuant to the decision of the Capital Markets Board dated 28.08.2025 and numbered 47/1576, we hereby submit the approved Issuance Certificate and its annex.
