In our Material Event Disclosure dated May 12th, 2026,

It was announced that our company has successfully secured the tender by submitting the highest bid for 4 retail portfolios with a total principal amount of TL 2.004,3 million out of 10 retail portfolios put up for sale by QNB Bank A.Ş. on May 12th, 2026.

The transfer and assignment procedures of the loans, subject to this tender, have been duly completed.
