It was announced that our company has successfully secured the tender by submitting the highest bid for 2 retail portfolios with a total principal amount of TL 942.9 million out of 6 retail portfolios put up for sale by Enpara Bank A.Ş. on May 12th, 2026.

The transfer and assignment procedures of the loans, subject to this tender, have been duly completed.
