It was announced that our company has successfully secured the tender by submitting the highest bid for 1 SME-Corporate portfolios with a total principal amount of TL 492.2 million out of 4 retail and 1 SME-Corporate portfolios put up for sale by Türkiye Garanti Bankası A.Ş. on May 15th, 2026.

The transfer and assignment procedures of the loans, subject to this tender, have been duly completed.
