It was announced that our company has successfully secured the tender by submitting the highest bid for 1 retail portfolios with a total principal amount of TL 258.5 million out of 12 retail and 1 SME portfolios put up for sale by Yapı ve Kredi Bankası A.Ş. on May 8th, 2026.

The transfer and assignment procedures of the loans, subject to this tender, have been duly completed.
