It was announced that our company has successfully secured the tender by submitting the highest bid for 1 retail portfolio with a total principal amount of TL 401 million put up for sale by Fibabanka A.Ş. on September 17th, 2026.

The transfer and assignment procedures of the loans, subject to this tender, have been duly completed.
