It was announced that our company has successfully secured the tender by submitting the highest bid for 3 retail portfolios with a total principal amount of TL 750 million out of 6 retail portfolios put up for sale by Akbank T.A.Ş. on November 25th, 2025.

The transfer and assignment procedures of the loans, subject to this tender, have been duly completed.
